When Tots to Travel were looking to rebrand and set up an image library they called me and the team to help out. We started off with a coffee and chat in the Tots office about how we work and what could be expected regarding set ups and shots per day. We would be shooting with a younger age group so allowances for down time and feeds were essential. We then had a further brainstorming session to design the creative direction the shoots should take , which I love to get involved with!
The actual shoots themselves took place in Lanzarote so we were guaranteed some sunshine. We worked with two families initially which gave us 4 children (and a baby) to schedule to in beach, pool, accommodation, product and entertainments scenarios. As with all of my kids lifestyle shoots the key was to have fun with the kids, get wet, run around (and in allot of cases get bashed) This involves underwater equipment and a lighting team that can follow the action.
